Enter the spirit of International Languages Week and use a different greeting each day (you can hear how it's done on the 'Greetings' page - click and try it!):

Monday 17 August - Ni hao!
Tuesday 18 August - Bonjour!
Wednesday 19 August - Guten Tag!
Thursday 20 August - Konnichiwa!
Friday 21 August - Buenos días!

Or use any other language (other than English) you know!

SCHOOL EVENTS

Schools all over Aotearoa New Zealand will be celebrating the cultural and linguistic diversity of their communities and showcasing their language programmes during International languages Week. Look out for other activities including international food, quizes, competitions, perfromances, mufti days, displays and outings.
